At RSS Dixie. we offer a full line of mortars mixed to each customer’s desired consistency and specification.  Our Thermogen and Dixie branded mortars are available in both heat set and air set varieties, dry or wet, and a wide range of chemical makeups.

Air Set Mortars

  • 45-85% Al2O3
  • Silica and Carbon based offerings

Heat Set Mortars

  • 70-90% Alumina
  • Chrome Containing Mortars: 5-11%
