The short version
This website does not use cookies to track you. It sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers.
The only cookies that can be set are Google’s, and only if you choose to load the map on our About page.
What we do not use
- No analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. We do not measure how many people visit, which pages they read, or where they came from.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not advertise online, and we allow no third party to track you across other websites from here.
- No social media pixels. There are no embedded feeds, share widgets or tracking pixels.
- No cookie banner, because there is nothing to ask you to accept.
The one exception: the map
Our About page can display a Google map showing our Bessemer location. Google sets its own cookies when that map loads, and we have no control over them or access to what they contain.
Because of that, the map does not load unless you ask for it. The page shows a placeholder with a “Show the map” button. Until you press it, nothing is requested from Google and no Google cookie is set. If you would rather not load the map at all, the full address is printed beside it, and there is a plain link that opens Google Maps in a new tab instead.
Information you give us deliberately
The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, telephone number, company name and your message, so that we can reply to your inquiry. That information is sent to us by email through our hosting provider, Netlify. We use it to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not sell it, share it for anyone else’s advertising, or add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Your choices
Because we set no cookies of our own, there is nothing here to opt out of. If you want to remove the Google cookies set by the map after loading it, you can clear cookies for google.com in your browser settings. Every major browser also lets you block third-party cookies entirely, which will stop the map setting them at all.

RSS Dixie does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated profiling.
The information described above is collected only when you send it to us through the contact form, and is used only to reply to you.
To ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, or to ask us to delete it, contact us at the address and telephone number on our About page, or through the contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, advertising or any other tracking, this page will be updated before it goes live, and the appropriate notice and choices will be provided at that time.
